MotoWrap2 is a 4 mil glossy white vinyl with a specially formulated adhesive designed to stick to plastics found on power sport vehicles.
DESCRIPTIONMotoWrap™ is a white vinyl with excellent conformability and a high strength high tack adhesive for smooth low energy plastic surfaces. Use with MotoWrap 8 mil or Pro-Shield 7 mil or 12 mil laminate. MotoWrap works on Thermal transfer printers and solvent ink jet printers, although not all printers have been tested.

Adhesive Properties Aggressive, high performance, permanent pressure sensitive adhesive works on most surfaces including low energy plastics.

Recommended Application TechniquesOn curved surfaces such as number plates, apply by rubbing from the center out. When MotoWrap Laminate is separated from the liner it is unsupported and can stretch during the laminating process. If there is too much reverse tension applied on the supply roll it will stretch and curl up immediately when it is cut. Laminate with a cold pressure sensitive laminator or by hand.
Software Settings: Software SettingsIn Gerber’s Plot program, click on the “123” button then click on the substitute button and select vinyl type “Imagecal-P” or “220” from the pull-down menu. The default plotter settings for Imagecal-P” should work for MotoWrap™. If you have a Gerber enVision 375 plotter, you can use a 45º blade for cutting.
USE A 60º BLADE on any combination of material over 8 mil. thick.
