OUR COMMITMENT

At Graphic Marking Systems our goal is to make sure you are completely satisfied with every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it within 30 days of the invoice date using our hassle-free return or exchange method outlined below. We want to make your return or exchange as easy as possible; you are a valued customer. Thank you for your business.

RETURN MATERIAL AUTHORIZATION

For the fastest service, please call our friendly Sales Associates at 1.800.232.8018 to request a Fast Exchange. We'll immediately place your new order and charge your credit card. Your replacement item usually ships the following business day.

While you await your replacement item, repackage your return merchandise (materials only) carefully. Enclosed with your replacement order is an authorized RMA.

Once we receive your return, we will issue a store credit or a refund to the original payment method for the cost of the original items. This does not include the return shipping charges. For any questions, please contact us below.

PRODUCT RETURN POLICY

It is the Customer's responsibility to assure compliance to specification of all products received. Return Material Authorization (RMA) must be granted for all returned products. Such products are subject to a restocking fee if used or not in the original packaging. No returns will be accepted without an authorized RMA.

All requests to return materials must be made within 30 days of the invoice date. All returned goods must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by a "Graphic Marking Systems" representative. Proof of purchase is required, (valid purchase order and invoice.)

All materials must be unused and shipped prepaid in the original packaging. Authorized Material Returns must be received within 10 days of the RMA issue date.

We ship FedEx Ground for Return Services; RST (return service tag) for any authorized returns of defective materials and or shipping errors only. Once we receive your return, we'll credit you for the cost of the original item not including the return shipping charges. A CREDIT Memo for authorized RMA'S is to be applied towards future purchases as a store credit. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking charge if not authorized as defective.

Returns are subject to a 30% restocking charge if opened/used, not in the original packaging or not authorized as defective.

No claims will be accepted for any materials becoming defective due to damage in transit, improper installation, improper storage, misapplication, abuse, misuse, neglect, vandalism, alteration, accident, fire or other casualty, or act of nature. Custom material orders may not be returned under any circumstances. Manager of Operations authorization is required.
