LexEdge Outdoor is a 10 mil, rigid, clear polycarbonate with an embossed velvet textured surface and a smooth sub-surface for printing. It is intended for printing control panels and signs that will see 3 to 5 years of UV exposure.
This outdoor-durable, matte Lexan® has a custom-formulated print surface specifically designed to resist tearing, abrasion, and the yellowing effects of UV exposure. It's formulated for use with Gerber EDGE® Series printers for printing directly onto the final substrate in second-surface applications. The material carries a protective mask on both sides to prevent scratching during transport, storage, and handling; the mask on the printing surface must be removed before printing.
