High-Bond Polyester
High-Bond™ Polyester Label Media
Stays stuck to surfaces from -40 to 300 degrees; 5 colors!
Engineered for industrial applications, High-Bond's aggressive adhesive ensures labels remain fixed to surfaces in extreme-temperature environments. High-Bond Polyester enables you to produce durable labels, informational graphics, and control panel markings for manufacturing applications. High-Bond is ideal for low-energy applications including powder-painted metal (heavy equipment, machinery) and plastic. Due to its moisture-resistant liner that lays flat after printing, High-Bond is also perfect for doming and label alignment tabs.
UL Recognition 969: High-Bond white is UL Recognized under UL 969 from -40°F to 302°F with both Gerber Foils and HP Latex 873 Series inks. It is also recognized as a full construction with Wet-Look 1 mil polyester laminate. UL File MH28890 spells it out. Testing consisted of temperature range, rub tests, and occasional exposure to cooking oils.
REGULATORY: In addition to UL and CUL (Canadian) Recognition, High-Bond is 3TG (Conflict Mineral) compliant, RoHS compliant, REACH compliant, TSCA compliant, PFAS compliant, California Prop 65 compliant, and meets MIL Spec MIL-DTL-43719 Type 1, Class 1.
