High-Bond™ Polyester is the go-to industrial label media for manufacturers, print shops, and sign makers running HP Latex wide-format printers or Gerber EDGE thermal transfer systems. Its high-performance solvent-based acrylic adhesive is engineered to grip low surface energy substrates — powder-coated metal, polyethylene, polypropylene, and rigid plastic — where standard label stocks fail. The result is a durable industrial label that stays put in harsh environments: high heat, chemical exposure, heavy vibration, and outdoor weathering.
High-Bond's moisture-resistant, poly-coated liner lays completely flat after printing — critical for precision cutting on roll-fed plotters and flatbed cutters, and ideal for doming and producing label alignment tabs at scale.
UL Recognition 969: High-Bond White is UL Recognized under UL 969 from -40°F to 302°F with both Gerber Foils and HP Latex 873 Series inks. It is also recognized as a full construction with Wet-Look 1 mil polyester laminate. UL File MH28890. Testing included temperature range, rub tests, and exposure to cooking oils.
Regulatory: UL and CUL (Canadian) Recognized. Also 3TG (Conflict Mineral) compliant, RoHS, REACH, TSCA, and PFAS compliant, California Prop 65 compliant, and meets MIL Spec MIL-DTL-43719 Type 1, Class 1.

Shiny Silver: Doming. High-end chrome look enhanced with Wet Look Laminate. Overprinting with transparent foil colors expands available chrome color options.
Brushed Silver: Decorative labels, brand ID, trophies and awards. Sophisticated stainless-steel appearance — faster and more cost-effective than engraving.
