Our Commitment

At Graphic Marking Systems, we want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return eligible items within 30 days of the invoice date using the return or exchange process outlined below.

We are committed to making returns and exchanges as simple and efficient as possible, and we appreciate your business.

This policy applies to commercial and industrial customers, including print graphics professionals, aerospace and government accounts, hospitals, manufacturers, and other B2B organizations.

Returns authorization

All returns require an RMA number issued by GMS prior to shipment. Requests must be submitted within 30 days of the invoice date.

Required documentation:

  • Sales Order Confirmation number
  • Purchase order
  • Invoice or proof of purchase

Return requirements

  • Product must be unused and in original packaging
  • Return shipment must be prepaid by the customer
  • Product must be received within 10 days of RMA issuance

GMS reserves the right to inspect all returned merchandise prior to issuing credit.

Restocking charges

  • 15% Standard stock returns
  • 30% Opened, used, damaged, or improperly packaged

Restocking fees may be waived only for authorized defective product or a GMS shipping error.

Credits & refunds

Approved returns will be credited to the original payment method or the customer's account, as applicable.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a verified GMS error.

Non-returnable items

  • Custom products
  • Special-order materials
  • Spare parts
  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper installation, neglect, accident, environmental exposure, or acts of nature

Defective product & shipping errors

For verified defective product or a GMS shipping error, GMS will provide a prepaid FedEx return label.

Claims for shipping shortages or errors should be reported promptly upon receipt.

Fast exchange program

  • Replacement ships the next business day
  • Customer's credit card is charged at shipment
  • Credit issued after receipt and inspection of return

Shortages & damages

Customers are responsible for inspecting all shipments upon receipt. Any shortages, shipping damages, or order discrepancies must be reported to GMS within 5 business days of delivery. Failure to report within this timeframe may result in denial of the claim.
