PlaStick™ - Vinyl that sticks to plastic permanently.
PlaStick is the ultimate solution for permanent stickers on any plastic surface. It is the most aggressive media when it comes to smooth plastic surfaces. It even works on Thermoplastic Olefin (plastic with wax in it). PlaStick is a soft, flexible, 3 mil white vinyl that is formulated for thermal and inkjet printing. PlaStick has 1.4 mils of the most aggressive permanent PSA for low energy (LSE) surfaces, including powdered paint. It is ideal for smooth applications such as molded plastic parts.
When applying to new plastic surfaces, it is important to clean off any silicone residue first using alcohol or acetone. Note that PlaStick is not recommended if you anticipate needing to remove the stickers. For textured surfaces, we recommend Pitbull, which features 2 mils of the same adhesive designed to reach into the recessed areas of textures. Available for various printer types, PlaStick comes in different widths and lengths to suit your needs.
Compatible with GMS Media laminates, Convex, Pro-Shield, Tuff Cover UV, and LexLam UV.

Adhesive Properties: 1.4 mils of permanent acrylic pressure sensitive adhesive works for most surfaces including textured low energy plastic and metal surfaces.
